How do I create an account?

  1. Click the “Sign Up” link.
  2. Locate the “Work Email Address” box and type your email into the box.
  3. Press the tab button or find the “Create a Password” box and type in your password.
  4. Press the enter button or move your pointer to the “Sign Up” button and click on it.

What time tracking options are available?

  • Simple: Employees enter the amount of hours they worked on a task.
  • Strict: Employees specify the range of hours they worked (i.e. 10:00am until 5:00pm).
  • Very Strict: Employees specify the exact range of hours they worked (i.e. 5:00pm to 12:00am). Employees can be automatically clocked in through beacon technology, which also gives access to employees’ GPS location.

How do I add additional users?

  1. Select the “People” tab.
  2. Click the “+ ADD PERSON" button.
  3. Move your pointer to the “First Name” box and click on it. Type the first name of the employee.
  4. Use the Tab button or move your pointer to the “Last Name” box and click on it. Type the last name of the employee.
    Note: Move your pointer to the “No Login” box and click on it to check it off if you do not wish for an employee to have an account that they can sign into.
  5. Move your pointer to the “SAVE” button and click on it.

How do I add tasks?

  1. Move your pointer to the “TASKS” tab and click on it.
  2. Move your pointer to the “+ ADD TASK” button and click on it.
  3. Move your pointer to the “Description” box and click on it. Type in the description of the task.
  4. Press the tab key or move your pointer to “Code” box and click on it. Type in a code, typically used in association with an accounting system or an abbreviation.
  5. Move your pointer to the “Save” button and click on it.

How do I set up approvals?

  1. Type in your internet browser’s url the website “www.crowdkeep.com.”
  2. Type the username you used to sign up with for crowdkeep in the “Username” box and then type the password you created for it in the “Password” box, then move your pointer to the “LOGIN” button and click on it.
  3. Move your pointer to the “POLICIES” tab and click on it.
  4. In the “Type” section move your pointer to the “Approval” bubble and click on it.
  5. Type the name of the policy in the box labeled “Name.”
  6. Move your pointer to the “Select..” box under “User” and click on it. Move your pointer to the name of the person you want add as an approver and click on it. Repeat this step to create more approvers.
  7. Move your pointer to the “Next” button and click on it.
  8. Move your pointer to the “Select..” box under “Assign Policy” and click on it. Then, move your pointer to highlight the name of the person you would like to assign the policy too and click on it. Repeat this step to assign more policies to different people.

How do I make someone an administrator?

  1. Move your pointer to the “People” tab and click on it.
  2. Then, move your pointer to the name of the person you would like to give administrative access to and click on it.
  3. Now, move your pointer to the “three sequential vertical dots,” and click on it.
  4. Finally, move your pointer to the “Grant admin access” option and click on it.

How do I enter time and submit for approval (Simple)?

  1. Move your pointer to the empty box that corresponds with the date you worked on your task and click on it.
  2. Type the number of hours you worked on that task for that date.
  3. Use the Tab key or move your pointer to a blank area of the screen and click, to lock in your number.

How do I enter time and submit for approval (Strict)?

Hours

  1. Move your pointer to the empty box that corresponds with the date you worked on your task and click on it.

Time

  1. Move your pointer to the empty box that corresponds with the time and date you started the task and click on it.
  2. Move your pointer to the “End Time” box and click on it. Type the time at which you completed the task. (Example: 5:00pm)
  3. Move your cursor to the “SAVE” button and click on it.
  4. Move your cursor to the “SUBMIT” button and click on it.

How do I terminate access to a user?

  1. Move your pointer to the “People” tab and click on it.
  2. Move your pointer to the name of the employee you wish to terminate access to and click on it.
  3. Move your pointer to the “three sequential vertical dots” and click on it.
  4. Move your pointer to the “Suspend User” button and click on it.

How do I reset my password?

  1. Type in your internet browser’s url the website “www.crowdkeep.com.”
  2. Locate the “Forgot Password?” link, move your pointer across the screen to the link and click on it.
  3. Type your e-mail address into the box labeled “Email,” and move your pointer to the “RECOVER” button and click on it.

How do I change my password?

  1. Type in your internet browser’s url the website “www.crowdkeep.com.”
  2. Type the username you used to sign up with for crowdkeep in the “Username” box and then type the password you created for it in the “Password” box, then move your pointer to the “LOGIN” button and click on it.
  3. Move your pointer to the colored box at the top right corner of the home screen; the box with your initials and name next to it and click on it. Move your pointer to the “My Settings” option and click on it.
  4. Now, move your pointer to the “three sequential vertical dots” and click on it. Move your pointer to the “Change Password” link and click on it.
  5. Type the old password you created for your crowdkeep account into the “Old Password” box. Then, type the new password you would rather use into the “New Password” box. Finally, re-type the same new password you created in the “New Password Confirm” box. Move your pointer to the submit button and click on it.

How do I replace a wearable?

  • Call a trusted service member from crowdkeep at (###-###-####) or submit an email to [email protected]
